  • What is the booking fee?
    $150 Booking fee is required for all Permanent Makeup appointments, and will be used towards the cost of your procedure. This is a non-refundable fee to secure the technician's time, if you do not show up for your appointment the fee is paid to the technician to ensure they are not at a loss for wages. Please consult your schedule, and ensure proper arrangements are made to ensure you do not loose your booking fee. (Please note, children are not permited in the tattoo studio)
  • May I bring my kids to the appointment?
    Children may not be present during the procedure appointment. At the request of the San Bernardino County Health Department no person under the age of 18 is allowed in the procedure room. Thank you for helping us keep our studio safe!
  • What do I need to do before my appointment?
    Avoid any blood thinners such as: Alcohol, caffiene, Ibuprofen ,Advil, Aspirin, Naproxen. (Tylenol is ok) Do not drink caffeine the day of your appointment. Do not exercise the morning of and be prepared to limit your excercise for a few following days after your procedure. We cannot work on sunburned skin, so please avoid sun exposure. Botox needs to be done after your procedure or a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to getting eyebrows done. We will not work on you if pregnant. Come with or with out your makeup.
  • What is the recovery process for permanent makeup?
    Day 1-2 Looks amazing! Maybe a little shocking, especially if you opted for a big change. (It will take your brain about 3 days to adjust.) Day 3-6 Color feels very dark and bothersome. Day 7-9 Procedure area has started shedding leaving you feeling patchy and awkward. Day 10-13 Almost scab free Looks like all pigment has fallen out, you may begin to panic. Day 14-30 Color will continue to change and blossom, be patient this is where your absolute trust comes in. (You may want to fill in with pencil or powder while waiting for your touch up appointment.)
  • Will I need a touch-up or refresh appointment?
    6 Week touch-up appointments are recommended for all permanent makeup procedures. This allows us to ensure the procedure has healed correctly, and to perfect any unwanted color shifts, or areas where pigment retention was less than desired. ALL APPOINTMENTS HAVE A FEE. We do not include the cost of touch-up appointments in the initial procedure cost. Refresh appointments are recommended after 6 months up to 1 year depending on skin type, service, and sun exposure. Your technicial will review recommendations and fee schedules with you. Below is an outline of standard refresh fee schedules: $200 6 weeks $250 6 Months to 1 Year $300 1 Year to 1.5 Years $350 1.5 Years to 2 Years $450 3 Years to 4 Years
  • What happens if I need to cancel?
    We require at least 48 hours notice for all cancellations. For appointments canceled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, the booking fee will be paid to the scheduled technician and is non transferable. If appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled before the 48 hour period, you WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A NEW $150 booking fee. No show, no call? A full service payment will be required before booking your next appointment. All Services are non-refundable please be prepared and do your research before booking appointments.
